When you fill out a form, schedule a showing, or contact us, we collect:
- Name (first and last)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Optional message content
- Preferences such as which home you're interested in, your buying timeline, and how you'd like to be contacted
- If you book a showing through Calendly: your selected appointment date and time
- If you start a pre-qualification with our preferred lender: financial pre-qualification information you submit on their separate platform (we do not collect this directly)
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, the following is collected automatically through cookies, analytics scripts, and server logs:
- Device type, browser type, and operating system
- IP address and approximate geographic location (city/region level)
- Pages viewed, time spent on each page, and links clicked

5. Text messages (SMS) and TCPA

- Showing and appointment records — kept for up to 3 years for documentation purposes
- Analytics data — Google Analytics retains user-level data for 14 months by default; aggregate data may be retained longer
- Transaction records — retained as required by California real estate law (typically 3+ years)
8. How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include:
- HTTPS encryption for all website traffic
- Secure third-party service providers (Netlify, Google, Meta, Calendly) with their own enterprise-grade security
- Limited internal access — only people who need it for their work can access lead information
- Regular review of our security practices
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us using Section 11 and we will delete it promptly.
