Adjustable-Rate (ARM)

FHA
As little as 3.5% down for qualified buyers. Within 2026 LA County limits for Plan A; talk to Taylor about Plan B options.
VA
0% down for eligible veterans, active service members, and qualifying spouses. Competitive rates and no PMI.
Jumbo
For loan amounts above conventional limits. Often relevant for Plan B + ADU depending on your down payment.

Submit your purchase agreement with your pre-qualification letter attached. Escrow opens within days of acceptance.
